Romania’s Defense Council CSAT To Convene Monday

Romania’s High Council for National Defense (CSAT) will convene Monday at 6 p.m. for talks on the fighting forces and military equipment the country will be able to ensure in 2012 for military missions abroad, the Presidency said in a press release Sunday.

The CSAT meeting will take place at the Presidential Palace and will be presided over by President Traian Basescu, said the source.

Talks will also focus on the national strategy to protect critical infrastructure, as well as on the report concerning the results of the process preventing and fighting tax evasion.
