Romania’s Electricity Price To Be Kept Unchanged In July - Energy Watchdog Pres
Romania’s electricity prices will most likely remain unchanged as of July 1, as a price cut might create problems in the system, but household prices for natural gas will be reduced by 5%, said Friday Petru Lificiu, the president of the country’s energy regulatory authority ANRE.

Lificiu also said that a clear situation on the electricity price will be presented by the end of June.
According to him, ANRE will further look for solutions to stimulate the country's energy production and consumption.
In May, Lificiu said household electricity and natural gas prices might be cut as of July 1.
