Romania will be a beneficiary of a significant amount of additional EU funds, at least within the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the cohesion policy, EU Agriculture Commissioner Dacian Ciolos said Thursday after the European Council adopted the draft budget of the European Union for 2014-2020.
