Romania Under Yellow Code Advisory For Rain, Hail Monday And Tuesday

Romanian meteorologists have issued a new yellow code warning expecting heavy rain, gusty wind and hail from Monday afternoon until Tuesday evening in 13 counties in the eastern half of the country.
