An important Cosa Nostra member, internationally wanted since 2007, for being part of a mob group, drug dealing and arms trafficking, was caught in the Romanian southeastern city of Constanta and will be handed over to Italian authorities.

The Italian citizen, 50, was placed on the internationally wanted list on July 6, 2007.
Interpol Rome said the Italian is an important member of the mafia organization Cosa Nostra.
