Romanian Clunkers, Green House Program May Be Cut Short In 2012 Over Lack Of Funds

Romania's clunkers program and Green House scheme, which is designed to encourage the use of alternative energy systems, may be cut short in 2012 because the Environment Fund has a smaller budget, minister Attila Korodi announced Wednesday.
