Romanian Dacia Duster Named Car Of The Year 2011 In Croatia

The Dacia Duster, made by Romanian carmaker Dacia, has been designated car of the year 2011 in Croatia, Prime Minister Emil Boc said Friday after a meeting with his Croatian counterpart Jadranka Kosor.

The Duster is a crossover model that combines the classic features of a family car with those of a multi purpose vehicle.

The model is Romanian carmaker Dacia's first SUV and was launched in March 2010. In the first ten months of last year, 60,578 Dacia Dusters were produced in Romania.
