Romania’s Parliament debates on Monday the opposition’s no-confidence motion submitted over the 2011 salary law for which the Government sought a confidence vote Tuesday.

Also Thursday, the opposition is expected to submit a second no-confidence motion, over the unitary wage law for the public sector. Chamber of Deputies vice-president Ioan Oltean said this motion will likely be read out Friday and also debated Monday.
