Romanian Missing Mountain Climber Found Dead In Precipice

A 41-year old Romanian mountain climber reported missing Monday morning in the Fagarasi Mountains, central Romania, was found dead in a precipice, local mountain rescuers said.

The woman, Anda Goleanu, had left on a hike alone on Friday and her boyfriend reported her missing on Monday morning, when he was unable to reach her on her mobile phone.

Mountain rescuers said the area is very dangerous even for experienced climbers and mountain rescuers and should only be approached in groups.
