Romanian Pres Appoints Ambassadors To India, Slovakia

Romanian president Traian Basescu signed Thursday the decrees acknowledging Florin Vodita as Romanian ambassador in Slovakia and Valerica Epure as Romanian ambassador in India.

Valerica Epure was appointed Romanian ambassador to Bratislava in 2002 and has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1988.

Florin Vodita has bee with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1990.

Between November 2002 and June 2007 Vodita has held the position of General Consul of Romania to Bonn.
