Romanian President Sends Draft Constitution To Constitutional Court For Evaluation

Romanian President Traian Basescu on Thursday sent the Constitutional Court the draft revised Constitution, together with the Legislative Council's endorsement.

According to a Presidency press release, the draft, bearing the Council's approval and the Court's green light, will be sent to the Parliament, to be debated and adopted.
