Romanian social democrat presidential contender Mircea Geoana said Thursday the prime minister proposed by the PSD-PNL coalition, Klaus Johannis, will have the final say in the creation of the Government.

Geoana said in the presidential runoff debate that Johannis will have the final say in the appointment of the Government, and the Government would be complete and working by Christmas, with an agenda meant to save jobs.
