A prisoner in Romanian jail Gherla died Thursday evening after doctors of the town hospital decided not to commit him after a suspected heart attack and sent him back to prison.

Romanian Prisoner Died After Town Hospital Decided Not To Commit Him

According to a press release of the penitentiary, prisoner B.I., 31, died Thursday night of “respiratory arrest; sudden death, possibly cardiac arrest.”
 
The same source said prison doctors suspected the prisoner of a heart attack and sent him to the town hospital, where doctors examined him and sent him back.
 
Police started an investigation to establish the cause of death.
