Romanian Referendum Prelim Results At GMT1200: 77.61% For Single-Chamber Parl, 88.87% For Downsizing

In Romania’s referendum Sunday, 77.61% of voters supported a single-chamber Parliament, and 88.87% supported downsizing the Parliament to a maximum 300 MPs, according to preliminary results published Monday morning, after counting the votes in 86.11% of polling stations.
