Two Romanians are undergoing trial in Canada for blackmail and extortion after they terrorized a family in Kitchener with death threats, The Record reported.

Adrian Tif, 29, and Viorel Goja, 37, are tried by a court in Ontario after they tried to extort half a million dollars from a local developer, Peter Catana, who moved his family for safety and also evacuated staff at the company's Kitchener office after a threat was made to blow up the building.
