Romanian social democrat deputy Nicolae Banicioiu Saturday was reelected president of the Youth Organization of the Social Democratic Party.

Banicioiu was the only candidate for this position and will run the party’s youth organization for two more years.

The youth organization’s national congress was also attended by Social Democratic Party leader Victor Ponta, the party’s National Council president, Adrian Nastase, and social democrat secretary general Liviu Dragnea.
