At the end of the meeting, the president of the National Union of Police Officers and Contract Staff (SNPPC), Liviu Butunoiu, told MEDIAFAX that the talks held Tuesday represent a first step through the signing of the agreement, which represents a document replacing the collective labor contract for special statute public servants.
SNPPC representatives met Tuesday at 15:00 local time with representatives of the ministry, to discuss the promotion of amendments to the statute of the police officer, the increase in punishments for assault and battery, the agreement on service relations, the salary quotients and the granting of bonuses depending on the activity performed by each police officer, according to the president of the union.
