Volatile Bag Blast Injures Man In Bucharest

One Romanian man was injured Monday when a bag he found on the street in Bucharest exploded in his car, said the spokesperson for the Bucharest Police, Christian Ciocan.

According to Ciocan, around 11.30, two people found a bag near the car they had parked on Targu Neamt street. The two took the bag an put it in the car. Minutes later, the bag exploded.

Following the incident, the car’s windows were cracked and one of the two men suffered deep wounds to his forearm.
 
The second man remained at the scene to talk to police officers who had arrived for investigations.
 

According to the second man, the bag they took with them seemed to contain spray cans. Investigators will now establish what the exact contents of the bag were.
