"Any employee from the infrastructure division who interrupts work is breaking the law. We have laws that need to be observed. No one can afford to disrespect passengers and to cause economic loss. I will send all the files of the employees that will suspend activity to the police and to prosecutors,” Orban said.
He said he will check who stops working and will ask for an assessment of the possible losses to be caused by the strike.
"I demanded an evaluation of the losses we will register if the activity is halted, and I will sue the unionists to retrieve them,” Orban added.
Railway traffic will be halted Friday between 7.00 and 13.00 local time, as unionists and the representatives of the infrastructure and passengers division of state owned railway company CFR did not reach any agreement.
