According to Dumitrescu, the concept he came up with is a natural one, and it can be seen in all democratic states, because it is normal.

"With us, this is a shunned thing. We don’t want the truth!" Dumitrescu said.

He drew attention on the fact that the social implications of the Constitutional Decision are not to be ignored.

"There are people here who devoted themselves to this ingrate labor, and this social matter is what bothers us. Most people said that tomorrow (Saturday – e.n.) they would go on hunger strike in their offices," he added.

Ticu Dumitrescu’s statement comes after the publishing in the Romanian Official Gazette of the Constitutional Court decision stating as unconstitutional the law on the organization of CNSAS, respectively several articles of Government Emergency Ordinance 16/2006.
