Two Dead In Car Crash S Romania

Two people died Saturday in a car crash on national road 7 linking capital city Bucharest to southern city of Pitesti when a light vehicle crashed into their car.

Local police inspectorate spokesperson, Pamela Ropotan, said the accident occurred when the driver of a light vehicle failed to adapt speed to traffic conditions, ended up on the opposite lane and crashed into a Dacia car.

Ropotan said the driver of the Dacia car, Mariana Bradeanu, 20, died at the hospital despite the efforts made by doctors, while her father Aurica Bradeanu, 54, died instantly.
