Two out of three buyers expect price increases in the residential market

Housing prices continue to rise in the country's major cities, but also at a national level. The number of Romanians who still expect a price collapse has dropped dramatically in 2025. Most buyers (65%) anticipate new increases in real estate, according to the results of a recent study.
