Romania’s ELCEN To Buy 200,000 Tons Of Fuel Oil From Petrom For $60M

Romanian power producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti ELCEN, part of state-owned power distributor Termoelectrica, wants to buy 200,000 tons of fuel oil from the country’s largest oil company Petrom (SNP.RO), for which it can pay around $60 million, sources within ELCEN said Wednesday.
