Ford Romania Sues State To Recover $3.5M Paid In Customs Duties

Ford Romania has sued the state and demands the restitution of $3.5 million the company has paid in customs duties, between November 2007 and November 2008, for imports of gear box parts to its plant in Craiova, southern Romania.
