Romanian President: I Take Liberties Beyond Those Imposed By My Office

Romanian President Traian Basescu on Thursday said at the manifestations celebrating 52 years from the Hungarians’ anti-Soviet revolution that he understands the need for freedom of all Romanians, regardless ethnicity, as he himself has sometimes taken liberties beyond the ones imposed by his position.
