Romania, Georgia and Azerbaijan signed Tuesday, in Bucharest, a gas transport memorandum of understanding, through the Azerbaijan Georgia Romania Interconnection (AGRI) project, that includes the construction of liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals and that might be developed sooner than Nabucco.
