Romania’s petrochemical industry cannot revive without the aids or guarantees granted by the state to Rafo (RAF.RO) refinery and chemical plant Oltchim (OLT.RO), as 2010 will be a difficult year for the companies that need loans, Tuesday said interim Economy Minister Adriean Videanu.
