Three detained in Rahova explosion accused of failing to fulfill their duties

The three people detained in connection with the October 17 explosion in a Bucharest apartment building failed to properly fulfill their legal or professional duties regarding the identification of the type of defect in the gas supply system, prosecutors said on Thursday.
