Romania’s Constitutional Court postponed on Wednesday a ruling on a challenge filed by opposition parties against the tax evasion adopted by the Parliament in December 2018, which allows all culprits in a tax evasion case to escape prosecution if one of them pays the damages and a 20% fine.
