Romanian Buildings Thermal Upgrade 50% Supported By State Budget

Landlords will pay 20% of buildings’ thermal restoration costs, while the state budget’s contribution will increase to 50%, and the rest of 30% will be covered by the local authorities, Romanian government decided Wednesday.
