Gov’t resolution on uninominal vote is legal, CAB rules

The Bucharest Court of Appeal (CAB) rejected yesterday PRM’s request over the drawing out of the uninominal colleges. PRM executive vice president Lucian Bolcas declared that the party would file recourse against the decision of the Court of Appeal, and the leader Corneliu Vadim Tudor considers accountable the Court of Appeal for the legislative chaos.

Moreover, Bolcas states that the decision of Thursday of Bucharest Court of Appeal (CAB) does not affect the essence of the request, which will be discussed on November 11, when the contestation for the annulment of the resolution regarding the drawing out of the uninominal colleges will be judged.
