The Competition Council warns that unfair pricing practices harm consumers and will be strictly monitored and penalized.

Drug consumers will have to pay twice as much for a dose of heroin, with the price now at 70-80 lei (EUR1=RON4.3096) on the Bucharest drug market. They will also put their life in jeopardy, because although there is less heroin in a shot, the concentration of chemicals is higher.
