PSD President Marcel Ciolacu has resigned from the party leadership. Sources within the party confirm that he submitted his resignation on Tuesday during a meeting of PSD leaders.

MP Gheorghe Becali announced on Friday that he has resigned from AUR, stating, "You can refer to me as an independent MP now; I have resigned from AUR," he told Digi24. He clarified that he continues to support George Simion.
