Romanian entrepreneur and investor Dragoș Dobrescu, together with the other founding members, has established the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce between Romania and the State of Qatar in Doha. The new organization aims to strengthen trade and investment ties between companies and institutions in Romania and Qatar.
