Police officers from Ilfov carried out 17 searches on Sunday in a case that concerns violent crimes, public order disturbances and failure to comply with the weapons and ammunition regime. The investigation is related to the assault of Ionescu Mohamed Constantin, known as the "Butcher of Bebino".
