Court Allows Medical Expertise For Romanian Ex General Stanculescu

The Bucharest Military Court allowed Tuesday the request made by Victor Athanasie Stanculescu for a medical expertise at the National Forensic Medicine Institute, meant to establish of Stanculescu can carry out his 15 year sentence in prison.
