Romania May Annul Early Profit Tax Payment – Fin Min

Romania's Finance Ministry analyzes the possibility to annul the early payment of the profit tax, minister Sebastian Vladescu told a news conference Wednesday.

As of January 1, 2010, all Romanian companies have to early pay the profit tax quarterly, based on previous year’s value, adjusted for inflation and divided by four.
