According to Channel NewsAsia, the ministry gave the respective documents to Alexandru Nicolae Coseru to serve the Romanian Government.

Coseru had left behind a similar set of documents and photographs which were given to him during the Coroner's inquiry into Ionescu's case, saying he didn't know he was supposed to keep them.

A Singapore court found Wednesday that Ionescu, 49, the former charge d'affaires, drove the embassy car that hit three pedestrians on December 15, including Malaysian Tong Kok Wai, who later died of his injuries.

The Straits Times reported on Friday that the Singaporean Attorney-General's Chambers prepared a set of 13 indictment counts against Ionescu.
