The mayor of Craiova, Lia Olguța Vasilescu, announced that the PSD (Social Democratic Party) is consulting its members to decide whether it will continue to support Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan's government.

The deputy prime minister office within Romania’s future coalition government will be filled by social democrat Senate chairman Ilie Sarbu or social democrat Dan Nica, sources within the Social Democratic Party said Thursday, adding a decision will be made soon.
