USR President Dominic Fritz argues that Romania is going through a period marked by “extreme tension,” amid political deadlock, economic difficulties, and hate speech. Following Siegfried Mureșan’s nomination for prime minister, Fritz states that the USR is prepared to work toward forming a minority government and to hold talks, including with the PSD, to secure its support in Parliament.

PNL leader Ilie Bolojan says that his party, along with USR and UDMR, will support the formation of the Government led by Siegfried Mureșan and will provide him with the necessary data for a realistic program.
