The last eight of the 221 polling stations set for Romanians abroad opened in the United States West Coast at GMT 1500 in Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Orange County, Riverside and Portland.
 
Romanians in the U.S. have 30 polling stations available. The first Romanians to vote for Romania’s Parliament were those residing on the East Coast, in polling stations set by the Romanian Foreign Ministry in Washington, Atlanta, Norfolk, Cleveland, North Carolina, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Bridgeport, Detroit and Indianapolis.
 
On he whole, elections abroad unfold over 35 hours and the last polls close at GMT 0500 Monday.
