Romania’s Rompetrol To Cut Diesel Oil Pump Prices By RON0.09/Liter

Romania’s second-largest oil company Rompetrol, owned by Kazakhstan's KazMunaiGaz, will cut Thursday its diesel oil pump prices by 0.09 lei (EUR1=RON4.2884) per liter, keeping the same price for gasoline, the company said in a statement.

As of Thursday, one liter of Efix Diesel will cost RON3.47, while one liter of Winter Diesel oil will be sold with RON3.77.

The prices of fuel sold in the Rompetrol Downstream gas stations may vary by +/- 5%, compared with the reference prices, Rompetrol said.

KazMunaiGaz owns a 75% stake in Rompetrol.
