Kovesi said a working group has been created and it includes nine military prosecutors, police officers, with support from the Romanian Intelligence Service and the Army.

Kovesi added that if civilians are found to be involved in the case, then prosecution jurisdictions will be reconsidered.

According to a decision of the Constitutional Court, civilians involved in a case alongside military units cannot be prosecuted by military prosecutors, but by civilian ones.
