Secretary general of the Democratic Liberal Party, Vasile Blaga, a former interior minister running for a senator seat in Bucharest, voted Sunday morning hoping Romania ends up in “good hands”.

Romanian Democrat Liberal Official Blaga Voted For Romania To End Up “In Good Hands”

Blaga said the country needs a strong Parliament that would carry on with Romania’s integration in the European Union.
 
"Romania needs to end up in good hands, Romania needs a strong Parliament, to include experienced people and many young politicians for times to come,” Blaga said, reiterating the message of President Traian Basescu.
 
He added Romania needs a Parliament that brings Romanians the “joy of EU integration, because it’s time the country picked the fruit of his process".
 
The democrat liberal official also urged Romanians to go to the polls and cast their votes.
