The report confirms the initial hypothesis according to which, Romulus Mailat, the main suspect in the murder, did not commit sexual aggression against the young woman.
Mandroc said Mailat will be charged with murder and robbery and that the trial is to start Mid February.
The Italian police arrested Mailat in November 2007 and charged him with the rape and battery of Reggiani, whose almost dead body he supposedly abandoned in a ditch.
The victim died a short while after she was found, at the Sant'Andrea hospital.
