Monica Bellucci, Rachel Weisz, Vanessa Redgrave To Shoot In Bucharest

Trifunovic will co-star with Monica Bellucci, Rachel Weisz, Vanessa Redgrave and David Strathern in a film directed by Ukrainian Larysa Kondracki.

The film is based on the real story of Kathryn (Rachel Weisz) who works as public servant within the UN Office in Bosnia and discovers the backstage of Arizona market, within the KFOR military base, involved in human traffic. Kathryn is fired after she finds out UN soldiers are also involved in human traffic.

Rachel Weisz was awarded an Oscar in 2006 for the part in The Constant Gardner.

According to Trifunovic, the shootings for The Whistleblowers will take place in various locations in Bucharest.

English actress Vanessa Redgrave is well known as a fervent fighter for social causes. She stared in almost 100 films and was first awarded at Cannes in 1968. She won an Oscar in 1978 and an Emmy in 2000. She also starred in Blow-up (directed by Michelangelo Antonioni), Howards End, Yanks and Girl, Interrupted.

Italian actress Monica Bellucci is considered one of the most beautiful European actresses. She made her debut as an actress in 1990 and became known in Hollywood in 1992 when she starred in Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula. Her part in L'appartement (1996) made her a worldwide known star.
