One Dead, Seven Injured In Car Crash In Hungary

The driver of a minibus registered in Romania died and other seven passengers were injured in a car crash Monday morning in Hungary near the city of Barand, some 30 kilometers away from Romania’s border crossing point Bors.

The Romanian minibus collided with a Hungarian minibus on the same traffic lane. Following the collision, the minibus ended up on the opposite lane and crashed into a Polish truck.

The police said the accident is likely to have been caused by low visibility.
