Of the four new infections, two were reported in capital Bucharest, while the other two were reported in northern Bistrita county an eastern Iasi county.
Geza Molnar, personal adviser to the health minister, told MEDIAFAX said authorities expect a third wave of infections in March-April and, although the second wave, which has affected thousands of Romanians, is slowing down, people should continue to take preventive measures.
„We can’t relax yet. The flu is unpredictable,” Molnar said.
