Romanian Director Mungiu Nominated For César Awards
Cristian Mungiu’s "4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days" was nominated for the 2008 edition of the César awards, at the “best foreign film category,” ecranlarge.com informs.

Mungiu’s “4,3,2” was nominated at this category alongside with Fatih Akin’s "Auf der anderen seite" ("The Edge of Heaven"), James Gray’s "We own the night", David Cronenberg’s "Eastern Promises" and Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck’s "Viaţa altora."
Last year, the award at this category went to film "Fiecare se crede normal/ Little Miss Sunshine" directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris.
The 33rd edition of the César awards is to take place on February 22, 2008.
