Romanian PM Appoints New State Secretaries, Replaces Fiscal Agency VPs

Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc has replaced several state secretaries, the vice-presidents of the country’s fiscal agency and appointed the new management of the country’s National Pension House and Employment Agency.

Eugen Ciorici and Serban Pop were dismissed from the positions of vice-president of the Natiaonl Fiscal Administration Agency, or ANAF, and were replaced by Dragos-George Bogdan and Mihai Gogancea-Vatasoiu.

Boc appointed state secretaries Dumitru-Nicu Cornoiu, Alexandru Petru Fratean and Marius Lazar (Labor Ministry), Sorin Munteanu (Tourism Ministry), Tudor Serban and Constantin Claudiu Stafie (Economy Ministry), Iulia Adriana Oana Badea and Augustin Constantin Mitu (Education Ministry).

The prime minister also dismissed Ionel Muscalu from the headship pf the country’s employment agency, or ANOFM, and replaced him with Silviu Bian, while Domnica-Doina Parcalabu was appointed head of the country’s National Pension House.

Boc also dismissed Pasztor Gabriela and Zoltan Somodi from the positions of state secretary with the Education Ministry and the Communication ministry, respectively.

Other dismissed state secretaries are Constantin Teodorescu (Communication Ministry), Silviu Stoica (Environment Ministry), Georgeta Elisabeta Ionescu (Defense Ministry), Raduta Dana Matache (Foreign Ministry) and Mircea Manuc (Health Ministry).
